| Savings Account activity is restricted to no more than six (6) transfers and withdrawals per month to another account at this bank or to a third party by means of a preauthorized, automatic, telephonic, or computer transfer; or by check, draft, debit, debit card or similar order. |

If the minimum balance falls below $250.00 during a statement cycle the monthly service charge is $3.00 per month.
